As a Product Manager, my professional focus is driven by a genuine interest in innovation, digital ecosystems, and practical efficiency. While my primary expertise lies in leading the development of content-driven products (such as large-scale web portals, blogs, and news platforms) I enjoy the challenge of navigating and optimizing various digital systems beyond traditional media CMS. I rely on an analytical and technical approach to quickly understand new platforms, identify areas for improvement, and help guide their strategic growth. In my role, which often overlaps with that of a Product Owner, I focus on comprehensive product management. This includes everything from frontend optimization to ensure a high-quality reader experience, to the design of custom editorial systems (CMS) and internal tool integration. I also stay mindful of the business side, focusing on resource optimization to ensure projects remain financially sustainable and viable.

In my daily practice, I have integrated Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude (CoWork), and Gemini into my workflow. These tools are essential for streamlining routine tasks and increasing overall productivity. Through prompt engineering, I am able to assist with rapid prototyping, basic coding, and visual concepts, which helps me better support technical and creative teams. While I do not consider myself a full-scale developer, AI has allowed me to bridge the gap between "hobby" coding and practical application. This enables me to independently build and deploy functional web solutions and prototypes that are used by tens of thousands of real visitors in production environments.

Most of my experience involves managing large-scale portals and blogs that monetize content through advertising (e.g., regiony.sk, openiazoch.sk, gurman.sk). Additionally, I have a background in B2C e-commerce projects and a broader interest in digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, performance campaigns, and maximizing revenue through programmatic advertising. Outside of managing complex projects, I stay active through running and cycling, and I closely follow trends in the cryptocurrency space.
